If you need to have documents notarized, you may bring them into the credit union at no charge and have one of our notaries assist you.

Payroll Deductions
Members may use the payroll deduction plan to save with Nishna Valley Credit Union or to make payments on loans. Many members find this the most convenient way to fit both savings and credit into their family budgets. Members avoid excessive loan and charge account costs, postage, check fees, wasted time and trouble. A monthly statement is sent to you showing all transactions in your account, including the dividends paid on your savings.
Direct Deposit
Another convenient service your credit union offers you is direct deposit. You may use direct deposit or have your payroll, social security, or pension checks sent directly to the credit union accounts of your choice. This service saves you trips to the credit union office and does away with the chance of lost or stolen checks.
Insurance
Each savings account (share account) at Nishna Valley Credit Union is federally insured to $100,000.00. This Deposit Insurance is provided through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) an agency of the U.S. Government.
Personal Lines Insurance
Auto, Life, and Home insurance are offered through Gade Insurance Services and Cuna Mutual Mutual at discount rates to Nishna Valley Credit Union Members.
Visa Debit Cards
Cards are available to those who qualify. Visa Check cards work like a check anywhere your Visa Card is welcome. Just present your card at the time of purchase, and the amount will automatically be deducted from your checking account. Using the Visa Check Card is hassle-free. There is no check-book to carry, no checks to write, and no ID to show.
On your monthly checking account statement every purchase will be listed in detail for your record keeping.
